the staff was friendly and professional. mohammed assisted us greatly, especially on our last morning. the decoration was lovely, bright and clean. the service was perfect. i felt very welcomed.

the terraces and common areas lacked coziness. there were no candles or flowers to decorate. the photos did not accurately represent the riad. i expected a more inviting atmosphere on the terraces.

slow drain sewage smell

My stay began well enough, but some issues arose. One of the bathroom sinks drained slowly, it was quite annoying. The bathtub had a noticeable crack. The water drained slowly in it too. the hammam treatment wasn't great as the steam room smelled strongly of sewage. I found these things disappointing.

the riad had a beautiful, peaceful garden. the staff were friendly. they provided excellent service! we loved having breakfast on the rooftop, a lovely way to start the day.

The pool was quite small. Perhaps a bit larger would enhance the experience even more. but it was really great anyway
